31st December 2017, Thiruvalla: Ms. Rojamol and Mr. Akhil A R both from Kerala State Electricity Board will lead Kerala Senior State team at the 69th Senior National Basketball Championship for Men and Women to be held at Bhav Nagar Gujarat from 5th to 12th January 2019. Both the teams were trained by Coaches from the Kerala State Sports Council women’s team by Mr. P C Antony and the men’s by Mr. Sudeep Boss l. The team will managed by Mr Pradeep P(men) from Kottayam and women by Binu Cherian .

The teams were selected after a 21-day camp at Rajapuram St Pius College Indoor Stadium in Kasargod (Men) and the women’s team selection camp was held at St Josephs College Indoor Stadium in Irnjalakuda .
